Shipping Policy

Orders for digital products such as, but not limited to, WordPress Themes and Widgets, Designs, Templates, Patterns, Cut and Test Files, etc. are processed and delivered immediately to the e-mail address you used during checkout. if for some reason you do not receive your download link, please contact us at info@5coatgraphics.com and we will resolve as soon as possible.

Stocked Items

Orders for physical goods or other normally stocked items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If any reason arises that it will take longer than 1-2 business days we will inform you on the website or by email within the same 1-2 business days.

Shipping times vary based upon shipping service selected at checkout and the shipping service’s performance.

Custom and Non-Stocked Items

Orders for Custom Products and physical goods not normally stocked will require processing time or receipt prior to being shipped to you. These times will be shown on the website, communicated at time of purchase, or communicated within 1-2 business days after purchase. If any reason the delivery estimate provided does not work for you, we will offer possible scenarios using similar products or other avenues.  We will address concerns on a case-by-case need.

Digital Services or Remote Service Work

Orders or contracts for Website Design, Consulting, Documentation Development, Designs, Templates, Patterns, Cut and Test Files, etc. will require communication and passing of information back and forth between our team and you the client. Each of these products will have different payment plans and delivery cycles. These will be agreed upon before work begins; payment cycles and deliverables will be synced with those cycles.
