Digital Products and Services

All digital product sales and delivered services are final and non-refundable. This applies to electronic files and services such as: Website Design, Consulting Services, WordPress Themes and Widgets, Documentation Development, Documentation Templates, Designs, Templates, Patterns, Cut and Test Files, etc.

If it is not a physical item being delivered to your address, it is non-refundable. Website Hosting service packages ongoing service packages will be prorated to the nearest month end (service used verses remaining prepaid amount) and a refund processed, less any fees not refundable by third party providers, within 30-days of email request received at

By placing a digital product order from us, you are signifying your agreement to these policies.

Stock and Non-Stock Items

Items purchased from 5coat Graphics, LLC may be returned within 30-days of the invoice date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom items are not eligible for return.
  • Non-stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

For larger items, we may provide our secondary address on a as needed basis.

You are responsible for the packaging and shipping costs for sending the return to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damage will often be on the shipper. We will be responsible for reviewing and addressing any product quality issues. Our goal is to ensure you are more than satisfied with our products and become a champion in the marketplace for our services and products.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website is intended to and directed to residents of the United States and all advertising claims contained in this website are valid only in the United States.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Randolph County, North Carolina. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
