BOPP Roll Labels / Stickers

BOPP (biaxially oriented, co-extruded polypropylene) labels are made from plastic film material, and are unique through being both waterproof and resistant to the effects of UV rays.

We offer designs printed in rolls of five multi-purpose shapes: choose between rectangle, square, circle, oval, or a custom design of your choice. All Poly and BOPP labels now have standard UV coating.

✅ Paper Type – These BOPP (biaxially-oriented, co-extruded polypropylene) labels are used for labeling applications where resistance against water, oil and chemicals is important. Performs well in hot and cold conditions. Use this application for excellent wet-out properties, clarity, UV-stability, good adhesion properties and heat resistance or a high quality print on a low cost synthetic. (1 Mil = 0.001 of inch) Our BOPP labels work on thermal transfer printers.

✅ Adhesive – S7000 clear, general purpose permanent acrylic adhesive.
✅ Backing – 2.09 mil HIGH DENSITY White liner
✅ Color – CMYK and White + CMYK – 1 sided (4/0)
✅Sizes – 1-inch to 10-inch labels / stickers
✅ Finishing – None, Matte Lamination, or (DM for quote on the larger labels / stickers)
✅ Quantities – Ranges from 250 to 50,000 (DM for quote on the larger packages)
