Polyester Roll Labels / Stickers

Polyester labels are our most durable variant, and are generally used for a more challenging label application which calls for more durability, abrasion resistance, higher heat resistance and UV stability.

We offer designs printed in rolls of five multi-purpose shapes: choose between rectangle, square, circle, oval, or a custom design of your choice. All Poly and BOPP labels now have standard UV coating.

Other Options: perforated, can be used for food products (direct or indirect food contact), 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 labels per roll, and in 2 stock base label/sticker colors.

✅ Paper Type – This is our most durable White / Silver substrate. It is a 2 Mil semi-gloss / metalized, matte coated, polyester film. Designed specifically for end-uses where very good adhesion, good chemical and temperature resistance is needed. Use this Silver material for indoor and outdoor labels or labels that will be used in harsh environments. (1 Mil = 0.001 of inch)

✅ Adhesive – S333 General purpose industrial grade clear permanent adhesive
✅ Backing – ASTM D1000 50#SCK bleached, super-calendared paper stock with Anti Block Coating on backside
✅ Color – CMYK and White + CMYK – 1 sided (4/0)
✅Sizes – 1-inch to 10-inch labels / stickers
✅ Finishing – None, Matte Lamination, or (DM for quote on the larger labels / stickers)
✅ Quantities – Ranges from 250 to 50,000 (DM for quote on the larger packages)
✅ Finishing – None, Matte Lamination, or Gloss Lamination. Roll core diameter is 3″
✅ File Type – Print Ready PDF file
✅ Wind Positions – Top of Label dispenses first, Bottom of label dispenses first, Right side of label dispenses first, or Left of label dispenses first
✅ Printing Method – Roll Labels are printed using an advanced HP Indigo Digital UV Printing Press that achieves up to 720 x 720 DPI.
